Stuffed Pork Loin & Mixed Spring Greens Salad
Two of our rubs were used in the making of this meal
First we used the Veggie Delight Rub on the Pork Loin Stuffing, we mixed it with apples, celery, onion, and toasted herb bread crumbs.
Next we used our Black Label Rub and mixed it with Olive Oil, and Red Wine Vinegar for the salad dressing.
Low-carb, light meal perfect for summer nights.
